  1. การผลิตกำลังคนที่มีสมรรถนะความเป็นพลเมืองโลก พร้อมเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานสากล
  2. สร้างความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการและนวัตกรรมที่สอดคล้องกับพื้นที่ โดยมีงานบริการวิชาการและงานวิจัยผ่านความร่วมมือกับองค์กรทั้งในประเทศ และนานาชาติ
