Services

Once the Administration and Human Resource Section provides the details of new staff members to the Information Technology (IT) Section, our team will proceed with the following setup to ensure system readiness:
  1. Google Workspace Account Creation:
    • An official email account in the format [email protected] will be created.
    • This provides full access to Gmail, Google Drive, and other integrated Google services.
  2. Internal Telecommunication Setup:
    • An internal extension number will be assigned.
    • Staff information will be updated in the university’s Online Phonebook.
  3. Service Access Coordination (DiiS):
    • We will coordinate with the office of Digital Innovation and Intelligent Systems (DiiS) to grant access rights for:
      • Microsoft 365
        Foxit Pro
      • Zoom UC (Licensed)
User Accounts & Authentication
  • Access: Every staff member is provided with a PSU Passport account to authenticate and access all university information systems.
  • Account Management: To change your password, reset your PSU Passport, or manage your MFA settings, please visit: https://onepassport.psu.ac.th
Authentication Methods
  1. PSU One Passport Login:
    • Use your PSU Passport username and password.
    • Requirement: Must be registered with an MFA application (e.g., Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator) using TOTP.
  2. PSU Microsoft 365 Login:
    • Username: (your_username)@psu.ac.th
    • Password: Your PSU Passport password.
    • Requirement: Must be registered specifically with the Microsoft Authenticator app.
Available Software & Services
  • Microsoft 365: Access all M365 services using your @psu.ac.th account.
  • Licensed Software (Zoom & Foxit PDF Editor):
    • Log in using your @psu.ac.th account and PSU Passport password.

Account and Storage Information

  1. Email Formats:
  2. Available Google Workspace Services: Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos.
  3. Google Cloud Storage Quotas:
    • Active Staff: 200 GB
    • Retired Staff: 30 GB
  4. Gmail Attachment Optimization: Please compress image attachments to 300–400 KB to help conserve storage capacity and maintain system performance.
  5. Gmail Account Lifecycle:
    • Resigned Staff: Accounts will be permanently deleted 1 month after the resignation date.
  6. Email Forwarding Settings:

    To streamline inbox management and avoid missing critical communications, you may configure automatic forwarding between mail systems.

    ⚠️ Important: Please configure ONE option only to prevent infinite mail routing loops.
