วันที่ 21 มกราคม 2569 มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต (ม.อ.ภูเก็ต) ลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MOU) กับ บริษัท พลัส พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด มุ่งเน้นการจัดสหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education: CWIE) เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรข้ามศาสตร์และสร้างบัณฑิตที่พร้อมทำงานได้ทันทีหลังจบการศึกษา

รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พันธ์ ทองชุมนุม รองอธิการบดีวิทยาเขตภูเก็ต พร้อมด้วย คุณสมสกุล หลิมศุทธพรรณ รองกรรมการผู้จัดการฝ่ายพัฒนาธุรกิจและบริหารสินทรัพย์ บริษัท พลัส พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด ร่วมลงนามในข้อตกลงที่มีระยะเวลาความร่วมมือ 3 ปี (พ.ศ. 2569 – 2572) โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักในการพลิกโฉมการเรียนรู้จากห้องเรียนสู่การปฏิบัติงานจริงในภาคอุตสาหกรรม

ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ครอบคลุม 3 มิติสำคัญที่จะช่วยขับเคลื่อนทั้งภาคการศึกษาและภาคธุรกิจ

Co-Design & Co-Creation: ทั้งสองฝ่ายจะร่วมกันออกแบบและปรับปรุงหลักสูตรให้ทันสมัย เน้นการสอนแบบบูรณาการข้ามศาสตร์ เพื่อให้ได้บัณฑิตที่มีทักษะตรงตามความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน (Industry-Ready)

Real-World Experience: เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาเข้าปฏิบัติงานที่ บริษัท พลัส พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด ในฐานะ “ผู้ปฏิบัติงานฝึกหัด” เป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 16 สัปดาห์ โดยมีพนักงานพี่เลี้ยง (Mentor) และอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาคอยดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อแก้ปัญหาในสถานประกอบการจริง

Knowledge Exchange & Research: ร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์ผลงานวิชาการและงานวิจัยเพื่อแก้ปัญหาเชิงธุรกิจ รวมถึงการแลกเปลี่ยนวิทยากรเพื่อถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้จากภาคเอกชนสู่สถานศึกษา

นายสมสกุล หลิมศุทธพรรณ ระบุว่า ความร่วมมือนี้เป็นโอกาสอันดีที่บริษัทจะได้ร่วมประเมินและคัดเลือกคนรุ่นใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพเข้าสู่องค์กร ขณะที่นักศึกษาจะได้เรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมองค์กรและระบบการทำงานของมืออาชีพ ซึ่งเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ไม่สามารถหาได้จากตำราเพียงอย่างเดียว

ด้าน รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พันธ์ ทองชุมนุม กล่าวเสริมว่า การปรับตัวให้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมเศรษฐกิจโลกเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ ม.อ.ภูเก็ต จึงมุ่งมั่นสร้างความร่วมมือเพื่อเพิ่มความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศ ผ่านการพัฒนาสมรรถนะกำลังคนให้พร้อมรับมือกับทุกความท้าทาย

PSU Phuket Partners with Plus Property to Develop “High-Performance Graduates,” Bridging the Gap Between Classroom and Professional World
January 21, 2026 – Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campus (PSU Phuket), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Plus Property Co., Ltd. The collaboration focuses on Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE) to develop cross-disciplinary curricula and produce graduates who are “industry-ready” and capable of entering the workforce immediately upon graduation.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pun Thongchumnum, Vice President of the Phuket Campus, and Mr. Somsakul Limsuttapun, Deputy Managing Director of Business Development and Asset Management at Plus Property Co., Ltd., jointly signed the agreement. This partnership spans three years (2026–2029) and aims to transform the learning experience from traditional classrooms into practical, hands-on industry application.

The collaboration covers three key dimensions to drive both the education and business sectors forward:

Co-Design & Co-Creation: Both parties will collaborate on designing and modernizing curricula with a focus on cross-disciplinary integration. This ensures that graduates possess the specific skills currently demanded by the labor market.

Real-World Experience: Students will have the opportunity to work at Plus Property Co., Ltd. as “trainee practitioners” for at least 16 weeks. They will be closely supervised by professional mentors and academic advisors to solve real-world business challenges.

Knowledge Exchange & Research: The partnership includes joint academic and research initiatives to address business issues, as well as guest speaker exchanges to transfer industry expertise from the private sector to the university.

Mr. Somsakul Limsuttapun stated that this cooperation provides an excellent opportunity for the company to evaluate and select high-potential young talent for the organization. Meanwhile, students will gain exposure to professional organizational culture and work systems—experiences that cannot be acquired from textbooks alone.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pun Thongchumnum added that adapting to global socio-economic changes is vital. PSU Phuket is committed to building partnerships that enhance Thailand’s competitiveness by developing human resource competencies to handle any future challenges.

PSU Phuket prioritizes Work-Integrated Education (CWIE) to provide students with opportunities to develop both professional and social skills through real-world practice.
