มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต มุ่งมั่นพัฒนาองค์กรสู่ความยั่งยืน เตรียมพร้อมรับมือกับยุคสมัยที่เปลี่ยนแปลงรวดเร็ว จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงลึก “การปรับ Mindset ของคนในองค์กร เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับองค์กรที่มีความสามารถในการแข่งขัน” เสริมสร้างทักษะและความรู้ให้กับบุคลากร พัฒนาทักษะการคิด วิเคราะห์ ปรับตัว และทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พันธ์ ทองชุมนุม รองอธิการบดีวิทยาเขตภูเก็ต กล่าวเปิดโครงการอย่างเป็นทางการ “ในยุคที่การเปลี่ยนแปลงรวดเร็ว องค์กรที่ประสบความสำเร็จคือองค์กรที่มีบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ ทักษะ และ Mindset ที่พร้อมรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลง โครงการนี้มุ่งหวังพัฒนาบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยฯ ให้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ปรับตัว และพร้อมที่จะขับเคลื่อนองค์กรไปสู่เป้าหมาย” อาจารย์ไพลิน โกมลมิศร์ วิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ นำเสนอเนื้อหาเข้มข้น เกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์การปรับ Mindset เทคนิคการคิดวิเคราะห์ การแก้ปัญหา การสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจ และสร้างวัฒนธรรมแห่งการเรียนรู้ บรรยากาศภายในห้องประชุมเก็ตโฮ่ ชั้น 5 อาคารสำนักงานวิทยาเขตภูเก็ต เต็มไปด้วยพลัง บุคลากรต่างตั้งใจรับฟัง แลกเปลี่ยน เรียนรู้ ร่วมกิจกรรม ฝึกฝนทักษะ เสริมสร้างความรู้ เพื่อพัฒนาตนเอง องค์กร และมุ่งสู่เป้าหมายร่วมกัน โครงการ “การปรับ Mindset ของคนในองค์กร เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับองค์กรที่มีความสามารถในการแข่งขัน”ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญ ที่มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต มุ่งมั่นพัฒนาองค์กร เสริมสร้างศักยภาพบุคลากร พร้อมรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลง และขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่ความยั่งยืนในอนาคต
Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campus Embarks on Organizational Transformation! Empowering Personnel to Adapt to the Changing Era through the “Mindset Adjustment for a Strong Organization” Project Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campus is committed to developing its organization towards sustainability and preparing for the rapidly changing times. It organized an in-depth training program titled “Mindset Adjustment for Organizational Personnel to Align with Competitive Organizations” to enhance the skills and knowledge of its personnel, develop their thinking, analysis, and adaptation skills, and enable them to work effectively. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pun Tongchumnum, Vice President, PSU Phuket Campus, officially opened the project stating, “In an era of rapid change, successful organizations are those with personnel who have the knowledge, skills, and mindset to adapt to change. This project aims to develop the university’s personnel to have the knowledge, understanding, and adaptability to drive the organization towards its goals.” Phailin Komalamisra, a qualified instructor, presented comprehensive content on mindset adjustment strategies, analytical thinking techniques, problem-solving, effective communication, motivation, and creating a learning culture. The atmosphere in the Get Ho meeting room, 5th Floor, Phuket Campus Office Building, was filled with energy. Personnel were actively listening, exchanging ideas, learning, participating in activities, and practicing skills to enhance their knowledge and develop themselves and the organization toward their shared goals. The “Mindset Adjustment for Organizational Personnel to Align with Competitive Organizations” project is another significant step that PSU, Phuket Campus, is taking to develop its organization, strengthen the potential of its personnel, prepare for change, and drive the organization towards sustainability in the future.
