On June 10th, 2022, PSU Phuket hosted a virtual MOU Signing Ceremony with Gannan University of Science and Technology (GNUST), China. The ceremony began with an introduction of the representatives from both universities followed by welcoming speeches given by Assoc. Prof. Pun Thongchumnum, Ph.D., Vice President for PSU Phuket Campus, and Assoc. Prof. He Jinlong, Vice President of GNUST. Additionally, both universities showed multimedia presentations to briefly introduce the campus and its programs. Around 10 representatives attended the virtual signing ceremony including Prof. Fu Yuhua, Ph.D., Management Committee member and the team from GNUST; Assoc. Prof. Prathana Kannaovakun, Ph.D., Vice President for Academic Affairs, PSU Phuket Campus; Asst. Prof. Pornpisanu Promsivapallop, Ph.D., Dean of Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism; and a representative from the International Affairs Centre (IAC). Both universities signed the MOU virtually and ended the ceremony with a commemorative photo-taking to celebrate the monumental event.
