To celebrate its 55th anniversary, PSU will host a series of exclusive lectures by five Nobel Laureates in Economics, Physics, Chemistry, and Medicine at PSU Hat Yai Campus, in collaboration with the International Peace Foundation (IPF). The special lectures are also part of the JAPAN-ASEAN BRIDGES event series to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Japan-ASEAN relations. Facilitated by IPF and sponsored by Mitsui Fudosan Group, Dusit Hotels and Resorts, Kasikornbank Public Co. Ltd., and BMW (Thailand) Co. Ltd., the JAPAN-ASEAN BRIDGES event series will take place in Japan and Thailand from November 2023 until March 2024, featuring events by several hosts from the two countries. PSU will co-host the events listed below:
