Terms of Use
1. This complaint/comment channel has been created to consider and respond to the petitions of students, staff, alumni, and the general public. It collects opinions, suggestions, and complaints from service users of Prince of Songkla University, to be used in the development and improvements of the services of the university, to achieve good-standard quality and meet the needs of service recipients.
2. The informant needs to provide important basic information such as their name, surname, email address, telephone number, information about complaints/grievances, date of occurrence, and relevant pictures (if any) for the benefit of coordination and contact.
3. The informant should use legal and polite language.
4. Leveling false accusations or using distorted facts to cause damage or harass others may make the informant liable for a civil lawsuit, disciplinary action, and criminal proceedings.
5. In case the informant does not provide sufficient information or does not reveal his/her identity, and Prince of Songkla University is unable to coordinate actions for additional information, the university reserves the right to cease considering the issue raised.
