PSU AI University On Tour 2026 concludes at Trang and Hat Yai Campuses, advancing AI-enabled university transformation
Prince of Songkla University (PSU) has successfully concluded the “PSU AI University On Tour 2026” workshop series at Trang Campus and Hat Yai Campus, completing its journey across all five campuses. The initiative aims to enhance AI application skills among academic and administrative staff and accelerate the university’s transformation into an AI-Enabled University.
The fourth session was held on June 9–10, 2026, at PSU Trang Campus, followed by the fifth and final session on June 11–12, 2026, at PSU Hat Yai Campus. Faculty members, researchers, and administrative personnel actively participated in hands-on workshops and shared ideas on integrating artificial intelligence into teaching, research, and university operations.
The training programs were tailored to participants’ professional roles. For academic staff, sessions focused on enhancing teaching and learning excellence through topics such as Generative AI for Content Generation & Intelligent Tutoring Design and Vibe Coding, enabling participants to develop educational content, digital learning tools, and AI-assisted instructional approaches.
For administrative personnel, the program emphasized Intelligent Document and Knowledge Management, equipping participants with AI-powered techniques to improve document management, information retrieval, and organizational knowledge systems, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing repetitive tasks.
Another key component of the workshops was AI Governance, Ethics & dotBLUE, which highlighted responsible and ethical AI adoption, data security awareness, and the effective use of dotBLUE, the university’s AI platform designed to support teaching, learning, and administrative processes.
The university also launched the PSU AI Best Practices (Hackathon), providing participants with opportunities to transform newly acquired knowledge and tools into practical innovations, workflows, and solutions that can be implemented within their units. The initiative encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing among personnel from diverse backgrounds.
Participants reflected positively on the program, noting that the workshops helped reduce concerns about AI adoption and provided clear pathways for integrating AI into everyday work and teaching. The hands-on learning approach enabled immediate application of the acquired knowledge and tools.

The completion of PSU AI University On Tour 2026 across all five campuses marks another significant milestone in PSU’s journey toward building an AI-driven organizational culture. The initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen the quality of teaching and research, and prepare staff and graduates to adapt responsibly and effectively to the rapidly evolving technological landscape.
