Have an admissions policy which is non-discriminatory or which details and explains the logic for any appropriate positive discrimination policies in admissions

Prince of Songkla University has a primary mission to provide high-quality and standardized higher education. In accordance with this mission and by virtue of Sections 34 and 39 of the Prince of Songkla University Act, B.E. 2559 (2016), the university hereby issues this Policy on Promoting Equality and Eliminating Discrimination in the Admission Process at Prince of Songkla University to serve as a guideline for all faculties and relevant units in setting admission criteria, as follows:

1. Promotion of Equality: The university supports and promotes fairness in the admission process without unjust discrimination based on differences in origin, ethnicity, religion, language, gender identity, disability, or socioeconomic status.

2. Support for Disadvantaged Groups: The university provides assistance to underprivileged individuals, particularly those with disabilities, to facilitate their access to education, except in cases where professional regulatory bodies impose specific requirements.
