Through international collaboration and research, review comparative approaches and develop international best practice on tackling the SDGs

        Prince of Songkla University launched the project “Community Development through Community-Based Tourism and Health Sciences” to foster collaboration and networking for sustainable community development among ASEAN countries. The project aims to promote knowledge exchange with experts, enhance sustainable community development practices, and strengthen international competencies and community development knowledge among university personnel and students.

        The opening ceremony was presided over by Assistant Professor Dr. Thakerng Wongsirichot, Vice President for Academic Affairs and International Relations, who delivered the welcome and opening remarks. Assistant Professor Dr. Supatra Davison, Assistant to the President for ASEAN Affairs and Creative Economy, presented the project report.

        The event was attended by faculty members and students from Airlangga University (Indonesia), Thaksin University, and Prince of Songkla University. It was held at Room 210, Office of the President Building, Prince of Songkla University, Hat Yai Campus, on April 24, 2024.
