Metric: University governance measures
Recognise an independent students’ union
It is deemed appropriate to establish the Prince of Songkla University Student Organization Regulations to ensure that student activities at Prince of Songkla University are conducted in an orderly and organized manner.
Objectives of the Student Organization:

To instill morality and ethics in students.

To promote unity among students, fostering campus-wide solidarity and pride in the university.

To encourage extracurricular activities that complement the curriculum in academic, experiential, and professional areas for students.

To raise students’ awareness of their rights and freedoms and of democratic governance under a constitutional monarchy.

To preserve and uphold national customs, traditions, culture, and distinctive heritage.

To promote students’ physical health and develop their personal character.

To develop students in alignment with the university’s identity and values.
