PSU Pattani Extends Mobility Experience through English World Café, Empowering Students toward Global Citizenship
On 26 August 2026, the Corporate Communications and Global Affairs Center, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus, organized the English World Café: From Local to Global at the Parichayakorn Meeting Room. The activity provided students with an informal space to practice English communication, exchange ideas, and develop cultural awareness.
The activity built on the Conversation in the Workplace: Cohort 3 Mobility Program, which provided students with an opportunity to learn and exchange experiences at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Malaysia.
Students who had previously participated in international exchange and mobility programs also shared their experiences of traveling abroad, using English, adapting to new environments, and overcoming challenges during their exchange experiences. They also shared insights and practical advice to inspire and help other students prepare for future international mobility opportunities.
Through Round Table Discussions, students exchanged ideas on Cultural Awareness and Understanding, Global Citizenship and Social Responsibility, and Working in a Multicultural Environment. The discussions encouraged students to communicate confidently, listen to diverse perspectives, and learn from different cultural backgrounds.
The English World Café: From Local to Global reflects PSU Pattani’s commitment to creating learning opportunities beyond the classroom and preparing students with the confidence, intercultural skills, and global mindset needed to become Global Citizens.
