PSU Pattani Campus Develops Global Citizens through the Conversation in the Workplace Mobility Program in Malaysia
Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus, through the Corporate Communication and Global Affairs Center, organized the Conversation in the Workplace: Cohort 3 Mobility Program orientation for 30 students from eight faculties before their academic mobility to Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Malaysia.

The program, under the theme "Marine Sustainability," aims to strengthen students'''' English communication skills, soft skills, intercultural competence, and global perspectives through international learning experiences. The orientation was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Montira Leelakriangsak, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Pattani Campus, while Asst. Prof. Dr. Warapark Maitreephun, Assistant President for Research and Social Mission, Pattani Campus, welcomed the participants and introduced the program.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Montira emphasized that English is not only a language but a gateway to educational, professional, and global opportunities. She encouraged students to make the most of the program by developing communication, teamwork, adaptability, time management, and other essential soft skills while upholding integrity and responsibility.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Warapark Maitreephun emphasized that students will face many challenges before entering the workforce, particularly in communication, adaptability, and cross-cultural collaboration. He encouraged participants to use this mobility program to develop these essential skills while gaining international experience. The Conversation in the Workplace program goes beyond language learning by providing authentic international experiences that prepare students to become Global Citizens equipped with communication skills, intercultural awareness, and the confidence to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.
