PSU Pattani Welcomes International Exchange Students at the Student Mobility Program 2026 Orientation, Fostering Cross-Cultural Learning and Global Friendship
On Wednesday, July 22, 2026, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus, organized the Student Mobility Program 2026 Orientation at Charoen Pradit Meeting Room, Pattani Campus Office. The event was held to officially welcome international exchange students and provide them with essential information about academic life, campus facilities, student services, and adapting to their new environment.
The orientation was honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Montira Leelakriangsak, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Pattani Campus, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Warapark Maitreephun, Assistant President for Research and Social Mission, Pattani Campus, who delivered welcoming remarks and words of encouragement. They emphasized the importance of academic exchange, intercultural learning, and building international friendships as key foundations for preparing students to become responsible global citizens. During the program, participants watched an introductory video showcasing Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus, highlighting its history, academic excellence, campus facilities, and vibrant learning environment. Faculty members responsible for the exchange courses also welcomed the students and introduced the academic programs, learning approaches, and campus life.
One of the highlights of the orientation was the sharing session by exchange student representatives from Indonesia, Malaysia, and Taiwan, who expressed their excitement, expectations, and enthusiasm for studying and experiencing life at PSU Pattani. The session was followed by an interactive Q&A, allowing students to ask questions and gain useful information about their studies and daily life in Thailand. To commemorate the occasion, the university presented each exchange student with a PSU souvenir pin and keychain as a symbol of its warm welcome. The event concluded with a group photo, capturing the friendly and welcoming atmosphere shared by students, faculty members, and university administrators.
