PSU Pattani Advances Curriculum Quality to International Standards, Assessed under AUN-QA: Inter to Strengthen Global Confidence
Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus, has undergone an international programme-level quality assessment under the AUN-QA: Inter framework (Assessment No. 511) during 7–9 April 2026. A total of two academic programmes were evaluated.
The programmes include:
The Doctor of Philosophy in Research Methodology and Data Analytics, Faculty of Science and Technology. The assessment panel comprised Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Tuan as Lead Assessor and Prof. Dr. John Donnie A. Ramos, Ph.D., as Assessor.
The Bachelor of Arts in English, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. The panel included Dr. Wan Ahmad Kamil, Ph.D., FASc, FMIC as Lead Assessor and Prof. Dr. Nina M. Cadiz as Assessor.
On the morning of 7 April 2026, at Vijarnsuphakij Meeting Room, Pattani Campus Office, Asst. Prof. Dr. Niwat Kaewpradub, President of Prince of Songkla University, delivered a welcoming address to the assessment panel via an online platform. He expressed his appreciation and reaffirmed the University’s strong commitment to advancing educational quality in alignment with international standards.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Attachai Ueranantasun, Vice President for Pattani Campus, together with the campus executive team, also attended the session and actively participated in the assessment process. Their engagement reflects a concerted effort to drive and oversee the continuous improvement of programme quality in accordance with international standards.
This assessment marks another significant milestone in enhancing the University’s academic quality toward international recognition, in line with its internationalization policy, and in strengthening confidence among stakeholders both domestically and globally.
