PSU Pattani Welcomes Mahidol University for Exchange Program on International Student Recruitment
On 29 August 2025, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus, warmly welcomed a delegation from Mahidol University for an exchange and study visit on the topic of International Student Recruitment of students from the Middle East, Africa, and China. The program took place at the QA Room, Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Pattani campus.
In the morning, the visiting delegation explored key cultural and historical landmarks in Pattani, including Keda Cina (Chinese Shrine), Ban Khun Phithak Raya Residence, and Pattani Cultural Heritage Museum (Chao Mae Lim Ko Niao Museum), in order to gain a deeper understanding of the local way of life and community.
In the afternoon, Asst. Prof. Dr. Warapark Maitreephun, Assistant President for Research and Social Mission, Pattani Campus, delivered the welcoming remarks and presented souvenirs to the visiting team. This was followed by a knowledge-sharing session on International Student Recruitment, which provided a platform for both universities to exchange practices and experiences in attracting and supporting international students from the mentioned regions.
This collaboration marks another significant milestone between Prince of Songkla University and Mahidol University in strengthening international affairs and building networks to advance the quality of higher education on a global scale.
