PSU Pattani Hosts “International Day” to Foster Cultural Exchange and Advance SDGs







    Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus, organized International Day: Together for Tomorrow – SDGs Fusion Fest on August 27, 2025, at the Phra Piboon Pittayapark Residence. The event brought together more than 500 participants from Thailand and abroad, including students, faculty, consuls, and partner institutions.

    The opening ceremony was presided over by Ms. Pateemoh Sadeeyamu, Governor of Pattani Province, with welcome remarks from Asst. Prof. Dr. Attachai Ueranantasun, Vice President for Pattani Campus, and a report by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Montira Leelakriangsak, Vice President for Academic Affairs. Distinguished guests included the Consuls of Malaysia and Indonesia, representatives from Adamson University (Philippines), Universiti Malaya (Malaysia), and the RENPER network.

    Highlights featured cultural parades, international food booths, language exhibitions, and traditional performances, alongside showcases of research and community innovations from Pattani’s poverty alleviation projects. The event emphasized diversity, cross-cultural understanding, and PSU Pattani’s role in driving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly quality education, poverty reduction, and global partnerships.
