Accompanied by Mr. Saophee Kaelae and three other supportive staff members from the Registration and Administration Office, as well as Mr. Muhammad Masor and Lavanya S, an international student intern from the Corporate Communication and Global Affairs Center, the group set out at 4:30 PM from Lamae Samilae, filled with anticipation for an evening of food, culture, and connection.
The “Pattani Signature Dish Festival,” held from July 1st to 5th at the Art and Cultural Square in front of the Pattani City Hall, was more than just a food fair. It was a cultural tapestry woven with the flavors, traditions, and hospitality that define this southern province of Thailand. With local government, community members, and passionate culinary vendors joining hands to bring the festival to life, the event was a colorful and aromatic celebration of everything that makes Pattani unique.
