Faculty Members from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Visited PSU Pattani Campus to Discuss Academic Collaboration







    On January 20, 2025, three faculty members from the Library and Information Science Department of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), Republic of Indonesia, visited Prince of Songkla University (PSU), Pattani Campus. The delegation included: Dr. Linda Setiawati, Head of the Library and Information Science Study Program, Dr. Riche Cynthia Johan, Director of the UPI Central Library and Dr. Hana Silvana, Head of the Customer Relation Management Division.

    The delegation toured the operations of the John F. Kennedy Library (JFK Library) at PSU and discussed potential academic collaborations and joint activities between the two universities in the future. The visit to JFK Library was warmly welcomed by Asst. Prof. Dr.Somporn Chuai-aree, Director of the Office of Academic Resources, who guided the delegation and provided an overview of the library’s operations and system development, supported by the JFK Library staff.

    Additionally, Asst.Prof.Dr. Warapark Maitreephun, Assistant President for Research and Social Mission, Pattani Campus, along with faculty members from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, also hosted the delegation at the Ruedee Meeting Room (2nd Floor),Office of Pattani Campus. This visit highlighted the commitment of both universities to strengthening academic ties and moving towards sustainable international collaboration.
