            Prince of Songkla University provides free residential welfare for its staff as follows:

Hat Yai Campus

• 164 housing units
• 24 central apartment buildings with a total of 833 rooms
• 29 apartment buildings under the Faculty of Medicine with a total of 2,803 rooms

Pattani Campus

• 17 apartment buildings with a total of 464 units
• More than 100 housing units

            All residences are designed for safety, convenience, and a sense of community. They are supported by round-the-clock security and maintenance services and are located within walking distance of classrooms, laboratories, clinics, libraries, dining areas, and sports facilities. Standard amenities include furnished rooms, Wi-Fi, common study areas, laundry access, and green open spaces. Transparent policies and straightforward application processes ensure equitable access, while prioritization for first-year students, clinical rotations, and essential staff fosters a supportive environment that strengthens both learning and work–life balance.
