  1. Promote Awareness and Mutual Respect

There shall be no segregation, exclusion, or denial of any rightful benefits, either directly or indirectly, based on race, nationality, skin color, religion, gender (including gender identity and gender expression), age, marital status, disability, or any other individual differences.

  2. Fairness in Recruitment, Employment, and Compensation
Ensure equality throughout the university’s recruitment and selection processes, employment, wages, salaries, and other compensations, which are determined based on knowledge, capability, and job responsibilities. This also applies to working hours, days off, attire appropriate to an individual’s gender identity, work assignments, performance evaluations, training and development, career advancement, and other related matters.

  3. Support for Lawful and Fair Employment
Encourage lawful and fair employment practices, prohibiting forced labor, illegal labor, trafficking-related labor, or child labor. The university rejects any form of physical or mental abuse, including threats, detention, confinement, harassment, intimidation, or any form of violence.

  4. Equal Treatment of Contracted Service Workers
Ensure that outsourced workers receive fair treatment and equitable compensation from their employers without discrimination. The university will also apply equal treatment criteria when selecting contractors for university services. If unjust treatment occurs during employment, the university may terminate the contract.

  5. Prevent and Address Sexual Harassment and Workplace Violence
Establish measures to prevent and address sexual harassment and workplace violence. The university is committed to fostering awareness, understanding, and a positive environment that emphasizes prevention and correction, alongside reshaping attitudes regarding appropriate behavior in the workplace.
