Measure the amount of food waste generated from food served within the university

As part of the university’s commitment to SDG 2 Zero Hunger, the university has taken steps to monitor and reduce food waste on campus. In Academic year 2024, the total waste generated was 251.29 metric tons, and of this, a significant portion was attributed to food waste.
