PSU Duxiu Study Reading Experience Center collaboration plaque unveiled
On 25 June 2024, Asst. Prof. Dr. Niwat Keawpradub, President of PSU, along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Thakerng Wongsirichot, Vice President for Academic and International Affairs, and other university executives and staff, welcomed Ms. Wu Dongmei, Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Songkhla. They were joined by representatives from Guangxi Normal University and its press, the Thai-Chinese Association of Songkhla, and administrators from affiliated schools under the Confucius Institution network, such as Khunnatham Wittaya School, Kobkarnsuksa Foundation School, and the Confucius Classroom at Srinakorn School. The gathering was to inaugurate the Duxiu Study Reading Experience Center collaboration plaque at the Forest@KYL, Khunying Long Athakravisunthorn Learning Resources Center-KYL, PSU, Hat Yai.
The Forest@KYL, under the Duxiu Study Reading Experience Center collaboration project, has been operational since January 19, 2024. Supported by resources from Guangxi Normal University Press to serve as a self-learning smart center. The facility offers students and staff a space for self-directed learning, featuring a public area and private rooms for meetings or group work. The Forest@KYL operates 24 hours a day, and since its opening, it has welcomed more than 6,000 visitors.
