Southern Region Health Systems Research Institute

The Southern Region Health Systems Research Institute is a non-governmental research management unit of Prince of Songkla University. It was established by the cooperation between Prince of Songkla University and the Health Systems Research Institute (HSRI), in 2003, with the following objectives.
1. To be a research management unit that direct, support and encourage health system research in the southern region in order to build up a body of knowledge and learning processes which could help solve diverse problems or develop health system for the southern communities; and to publicize research works so that they may be found application in the health system reform.
2.To set up network for cooperation between academicians, researchers and citizens of Southern Thailand in order to create a mechanism for health system research that is strong and lasting.
3. To support and strengthen graduate researches of the University in health science disciplines.
