General Information:

Southern Securities Market Information Center was set up in 2005 with the support of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Prince of Songkla University, under the management of the Faculty of Management Sciences. It started operation on December 15, 2005, with the objectives of disseminating monetary and investment knowledge to the youths and citizens of southern Thailand.

Modern SMIC for a New Generation:

The center is created as a fully equipped modern SMIC that caters for stylish learning of new generation of people of all ages and genders. Its modern design emphasizes clean, clear and comfort environment completed with information searching tools, wireless internet. It has recreation, brain teasing game, music and cinema corners and a number of monitors for viewing seminar, conference and news.

Information Content of Every Flavor:

A large number of diverse information, suitable for self-learning, in the form of SET Smart, CD Rom and VCD are available for customers. Faculties, students and small investors can search for Stock Market Information, listed companies stock prices and other basic investment information using powerful searching tools through the internet network. For customers with notebooks/ laptops, high speed internet and Wi-Fi are available which cover the whole area of the Center.
